COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rockwell House DEK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out S.-Himmelstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the G4S22A1E5Q4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6108 manufactured by S.-Himmelstein and we are pleased to be able to service most S.-Himmelstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4088A1P12G7R2A111AWR5C22D4E5L2M5Q4Q8Q1T1 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 848T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Safetronics such as DY475 equipment made by Safetronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Safetronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Safetronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8436 made by Rtp-Corp as well as the popular 3051S2CG4A2E12A1AB4M5K5 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2051CD4A02A1AS5M5 by Rosemount and DY475 spares by Safetronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 101110998 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rofin. |
